Complete Tailored Programs

The running programs are completely unique to you as an individual. With regular communication with your coach, the programs are forever evolving with you as you progress. This will reduce your chance of injury, while skyrocketing your results! This involves a preparatory and base building phase, a race specific phase to get you in shape for your goal finish time, and one of the most important factors for a successful race; THE TAPER! This is all covered in your training program

Strong Runner

Recent research has revealed many benefits to strength training for runners. Recieve up to date strength training programs specific to running and your level of abilities that focus on recovery, mobility, stability, strength, and power to improve your running economy and make you not just a stronger, healthier runner, but a better overall athlete, improving your chance of longevity of health.

Nutrition

Nutrition is make or break in a race. When we hone in on a specific race day strategy, we reduce the risk of dehydration, lack of calories, and we come in prepared, having practiced our strategy prior to race day. This will give us a massive boost of confidence and ultimately provide you with the right amount of fuel to have you cross that finish line in the best shape possible!

Hi there, I'm Jaspar. I've been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2014, immersing myself in 1 on 1 training ever since. I love helping people and seeing them progress not only in the gym, but also in a holistic sense and seeing that carry over into the rest of their lives. I founded Humanised Training to connect more people and help them realise their inner potential.
