Time to level up!

Carrying on from the Human Movement Blueprint, this program focuses on Advanced Only routines; so make sure you have at least completed all of the Human Movement Blueprint level 5 training programs, or at least an intermediate level program from Brute Force & Primal Power before practicing this one.

Fundamental Movements

We will be focusing on improving your Squat, Run, Jump, Balance, Climbing, Crawling, and Pressing abilities for complete athletic expression!

3 Phases

This program contains 3 phases, each one becoming more difficult than the last. Work your way through each phase, systematically leveling up your abilities as you go!
