Carrying on from the Human Movement Blueprint, this program focuses on Advanced Only routines, so make sure you have at least completed all of the Human Movement Blueprint level 5 training programs before practicing this one.
Fundamental Movements
We will be focusing on improving your squat, run, jump, balance,
climbing, crawling, and pressing abilities for complete athletic
expression!
3 Phases
This program contains 3 phases, each one becoming more difficult than the last. Work your way through each phase, systematically leveling up your abilities as you go!
