I love trail running, obstacle racing, and strength training. I am no stranger to adversity, living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from a young age, and battling the illness for years. Throughout this process, I adopted a new found sense of gratitude towards health and wellness as I recovered from the illness
My vision is to empower people to see their true potential, through movement of the body, mind, and spirit. I have combined all my years of experience in a 1 on 1 coaching setting with my relentless pursuit for athletic optimization to create an ultimate training system for all levels of fitness and abilities
